Rack missing pieces, no support from manufacturer
The rack was missing several pieces, making it useless. Tried contacting the manufacturer over email and phone with no success. Will now have to go through an arduous return process, shipping 7 packages back.

Missing Parts
Hello,I recently purchased the Fitvids Rubber Coated Hex Dumbbell Set with Storage Rack (100 lb set), and overall I’m very happy with the product quality. The dumbbells themselves are great and exactly what I was expecting.However, my package was missing the bolts and screws needed to assemble the storage rack. I contacted support and was told that the only way to get replacement parts is to ship the entire set back. This doesn’t seem reasonable considering the full set weighs over 100 lbs.It is not practical or realistic to expect a customer to repackage and ship back such a heavy item just to receive a few missing screws and bolts. I am simply requesting that you send the missing hardware so I can assemble the rack properly.Please let me know how we can resolve this without requiring the full return. I would appreciate a prompt solution.

Do not buy!!
DO NOT BUY! I’m sure my review will get tossed to the bottom of the reviews but these are toxic and unsafe to have in your home. The chemical smell is horrible. I had the boxes sitting in my loft and initially thought it was the boxes. But once we opened the boxes we discovered it was the weights! We let the room air out but then noticed the smell grew stronger & took over the whole upstairs. I decided to read the reviews and discovered sooooo many people have the same complaints. Why are these even being sold???? So disappointing!!!

Missing parts.
The weight is slightly off. The 10lb dumbbells is noticeably a little light than the cap brand ones I already have. It’s not that big a deal but it’s worth a mention. The really kicker is that I didn’t receive the parts to assemble the actual rack. I got literally ONE bolt and the little wrench and that was it. I would return it but to do so I have to pack it all back up into the four separate boxes and haul it up to the UPS store and I’m too lazy for that. The rack is the cheapest part of the set so I’m just gonna keep the dumbbells and order a separate rack. Oh, and they are smelly but you can just wash them with soap and water

Missing hardware
Love the weights but the stand is missing the hardware to put it together.

Beware… ours fell off while lifting !
We were excited about this set, but the two of the boxes came broken and then as we were washing them off from the dust the 25lb one had one side just fall off! Thankfully our feet were not under it! A couple of them also have seams that do not look sturdy. When I reached out to CS they said we could return it. Can you imagine packing and hauling 150lbs of weight in separate boxes and a weight holder? Who would have thought dumbbells would have so many issues looking at their design? I hope anyone else who orders these has a better experience.
